Sliderbed Conveyor

Usually used for lighter weight loads, sliderbed conveyor is a very prototypical type of Belt Conveyor. This type of conveyor is best at convying loose components or other loads that traditional roller conveyor would have a harder time transporting. As there are very few moving parts sliderbed tends to be a quiter conveyor to operate. The belt itself slides over a smooth surface and is kept under tension by rollers under the bed. Sliderbed is also an excellent choice when loads need to be moved up or down on an incline or decline.

Trash Conveyor

Trash conveyor is essentially the same type of conveyor as sliderbed - using a belt on top of a smooth surface to transport loads, however there is one important difference that sets it apart from regular sliderbed: side guard rails. These guard rails make all the difference as they allow empty cartons, paper and other loose items to ride safely along the conveyor's surface. Since these items are typically very light, the guides prevent them from falling off of the conveyor.
